## About Christoph

Christoph Lang is a transformation and leadership practitioner based in Lucerne, helping organizations create sustainable customer experiences in fast-growing, high-pressure environments—so employees and customers don't just "comply", they become fans.

With a strong track record across transformation, innovation, business development and strategy, Christoph combines clarity in direction with a highly people-centered leadership style.

He is also a trained mediator and coach, which makes him particularly strong when change gets complex, emotions run high, and alignment matters most.

At Transformery, Christoph brings the bridge between strategy and execution: shaping direction, building leadership principles, and turning new ideas into routines that actually stick—pragmatic, value-driven, and always close to the customer.
