    Build a new end-to-end client process that seamlessly connects digital + in-branch steps—simple, smooth, and reliable, so clients can walk out of the branch and everything works

    Our Approach

    Together with a partner, we upgraded the workflow tool, rebuilt the process, and trained every team involved. We paired this with clear change communication—explaining the 'why'—and a short video that made the new process easy to understand and exciting to adopt

    Rolled out in two languages across all branches. Standards are met—and 85% of clients leave the bank with fully working mobile banking

    Dozens of inquiries on vastly different topics arrive daily—each must be handled immediately, correctly, and consistently. High complexity, constant context switching, and repetitive tasks slow down response times and client experience

    Our Approach

    Together with our AI expert, we built intelligent workflows, automations, and dashboards to structure processing and eliminate routine work. Starting point: the 'Hate List'—we identified with teams which repetitive tasks ate the most time, then automated or simplified exactly those. In parallel, we enabled employees to confidently use the tools day-to-day (enablement, training, best practices) so efficiency is lived, not just promised
