Daniel Marti is the driving force behind Transformery. For 15+ years, he has helped organizations in industry and finance navigate demanding transformations—where leadership, culture, and communication decide whether change becomes real or stays PowerPoint.
He combines strategic clarity with hands-on implementation: aligning executives around direction, translating complexity into simple messages, and building the enablement that makes new behaviours stick.
Daniel's sweet spot is transformation communication—turning strategy into stories people understand, remember, and act on—often brought to life with a dedicated video team and modern learning formats.
With a background in business information technology and deep experience in digital learning, he bridges "people topics" and digital reality, especially in AI- and tech-driven change.
Outside of work, Daniel recharges in the mountains—on foot or on skis, with or without his kids.
